This book is a heart-warming, personal account of a Holy Grail Journey and the awakening to the inner guidance from the Light World. The reader is transported to other dimensions that go far beyond to what is accessible with our limited human thinking. From a heightened state of consciousness, the author meets essential parts of herself and her ancient connections with Yeshua, Mary Magdalene and the Holy Family become clear. Held by all aspects of love, you will find precious messages here that will encourage you on your own, inner and divine Journey to Love.

Early Reviews for this book

“In this touching and direct personal narrative, the reader accompanies Mieke and Eva on a transformational journey through geographical spaces of the Cathar country and back in time to revisit ancient resonances of spiritual truth that can be reborn in our time as a new awareness of the sacred, and especially of the key role of Mary Magdalene in early Christianity. It is an inspiring message of love for our time and a reminder of our perennial quest for wisdom and understanding.”

David Lorimer, author and editor, paradigm explorer and programme director, Scientific and Medical Network, France

“This book is a beautiful, very pure account of a special journey with Mieke and her daughter Eva. Reading it took me to deeper layers of myself and the environment I live in, Cathar country, to layers that I somewhere knew existed, but that could now come to the surface and are oh, so precious. Through reading Mieke’s book I’ve been able to make an even deeper connection to the Christ-consciousness and inner guidance, for which I’m deeply grateful. Our cooperation has been a real gift.”

Marianne van Mierlo, Dutch to English translator, France

“Mieke has been guided from deep within her soul to share her sacred journey through ‘A Journey to Love’. The beauty of her spirit shines through her sacred sharing and is taking us into higher dimensions from within a place of light. The magic of this book is that it opens up the reader to experience the mystical journey of the ancient power of Mary Magdalene and Jesus and the Beloved union of their souls that calls us home to love, in these modern times of uncertainty. As all mystical teachings, this book helps you to discover the true power of the Holy Grail and the holy source of Divine forces awakening within your heart. Prepare for a journey to love without limits and a lif- transforming experience.”

Judith K. Moore, Oracle of the Records of Creation, United Kingdom

About the Author

Mieke Vulink has devoted her life to the esoteric, mystical and sacred knowledge and initiation pathways. It is her passion to help other people become conscious of their own Divinity and to support the desire to connect with the Divine. She is a therapist and teacher in transformation and self-realisation; a teacher of essential healing; consciousness coach; a clairsentient medium; author; lightworker; and musician.

Mieke Vulink was born in 1962 in the Netherlands. As a highly-sensitive child, the piano was a perfect instrument for Mieke to express her feelings and inner knowledge of harmony and sound. Her first earthly career was in music, as a concert pianist, piano teacher and composer. During Music Highschool, she discovered another interesting world of: sound healing; spirituality; esoterism; mysticism; and the inner path of awakening to our Divine essence.

It became her passion to make conscious and tangible what can be changed and healed on everyone's journey to higher layers of consciousness. As a result of her own inner work, and the fine-tuning of her sensitivity, intuition and clairsentience, her connections with ascended masters and higher dimensions became stronger. Becoming more conscious of the illusions and duality we are living in, she discovered that she could heal the fears she carried inside from many lifetimes in which we all suffered, were manipulated and destroyed as human beings and as a result lost our connection with our inner Source/God.

For the past 15 years she has dedicated her life to the inner guidance from her connection with Source, knowing that self-healing from everyone's own Source can be realised. With this guidance came the callings to special, sacred places on Earth and after the first journey to the south of France her first book was born!

Mieke has been working for 35 years as a: guide for self-realisation and transformation; therapist; healer; teacher of essential healing; coaching conscious medium; and as a Lightworker.

Self Help, Spiritual Inspiration

Date Published: 06-21-2021

photo add-to-goodreads-button_zpsc7b3c634.png

This is a thought-provoking and enlightening exploration of spirituality and perception. The text functions as a guide to self-improvement, with a mixture of autobiographical elements and snippets of universal wisdom. The speaker provides accessible solutions to life's difficulties, and an outlook of optimism applicable to any circumstance. The illustrations and graphics are thoughtfully chosen, and the interactive textual elements give this work an originality that sets it apart. The speaker's own experiences and conclusions are at the heart of this fiction, and the first-person narrative voice creates a sense of proximity between author and reader. The text describes itself as 'a journey to the heart', and this truthful discovery of the self is reflected in the speaker's revelation of his whole self through the text. The narrative often presents a dichotomy between positive and negative outlooks or voices.

For example, the speaker includes sections in which his self-doubt speaks, 'you've got no proper education, you can't spell properly, you're dyslexic and your grammar is crap. You're not really a writer'. This negative voice directly opposes the sense of self-belief the speaker builds within the narrative. He uses examples such as this to remind readers that the journey to happiness is complex and that flaws or setbacks are natural. The negative separation or fragmentation of the self is prevalent in the lines, 'I do not love the grumpy me, the sad me, the hostile me, the parts of me that act as if I do not care'. The act of writing represents a unification of the self and an attempt to reframe the speaker's life into coherence. The frequent use of direct address and rhetorical questions promotes an active reading experience, in which the author opens up a dialogue with the reader. The text includes prompts and activities for the reader to engage with and learn from. Encouraging readers to take part in the text is emblematic of their journey to self-fulfillment and love, in which they must take responsibility for actively creating their own happiness.

The speaker depicts his process of enlightenment as a framework for others to emulate, and the format of the text demonstrates the transfer of agency to those who take part in the speaker's challenges at the end of each chapter. This work ultimately teaches us that 'we are the cause of what is' and thus sheds light on the crucial idea that every individual has the power to create themselves and their world positively.

Self-Help Feature: Panda Never Cries by Abdulaziz M. #promo #selfhelp #nonfiction #rabtbooktours @RABTBookTours

Self-Help

Date Published: August 6, 2023

photo add-to-goodreads-button_zpsc7b3c634.png

Panda Never Cries is not just another self-help book; it's a transformative journey into the heart of life's most profound lessons, illustrated through the calm, resilient nature of the panda. The panda, with its patient demeanor and tranquil existence, becomes the symbol of our capacity to navigate life's challenges with grace and composure. This book harnesses this imagery, melding it with deeply rooted wisdom to create an insightful guide for personal growth.

Key Themes Explored:

-Resilience in the Face of Adversity: Just as a panda survives harsh conditions and sustains itself predominantly on bamboo, the book emphasizes our ability to adapt and thrive, regardless of life's hardships.

-Balance and Harmony: Drawing parallels between a panda's balanced lifestyle and our need for equilibrium, the book delves into striking a harmony between ambition and contentment, action and reflection, and dreams and realities.

-The Journey, Not Just the Destination: Pandas, with their unhurried pace and serene disposition, teach us the value of savoring the journey, not merely rushing toward the destination. The book underscores the importance of appreciating every moment, highlighting that fulfillment often lies in the journey, not just the endpoint.

-Embracing Change: Pandas, despite their dependence on bamboo, adapt when necessary, showing resilience in changing conditions. The book empowers readers to embrace change, perceive it not as a threat but as an opportunity for growth and evolution.

Memoir Feature: Mexican Sunset by Rick Jebb #blogtour #bookreview #nonfiction #memoir #rabtbooktours @RABTBookTours

The Vision Quest of a Modern Day Explorer

Memoir

Date Published: May 26, 2022

Publisher: MindStir Media

photo add-to-goodreads-button_zpsc7b3c634.png

After the unexpected death of his thirty-eight-year-old stepfather, fourteen-year-old Rick embarks on a five-year journey that begins in the Midwest's Edenic Driftless Area canoeing a mysterious wild river in eastern Iowa.

While embracing the idealism of the 1970s counterculture, he seeks to discover himself in pursuit of his escapism. Amidst the backdrop of reconstructing his deconstructed Christian faith, sharing adventures with friends, his interior conversation gives a glimpse into the author's inner growth during these years. If anything kept him moving forward, it was the delusion of his magical thinking: his imagination and wanting, and the wandering search through the looking glass of his impressionistic mind, slicing through glacial meltwaters of northern forests in a canoe and other evocative childhood memories.

On Colorado's high chaparral, just as he begins to reconcile his industrialist roots with his curious artist's soul, Rick falls in love with a girl from Sinaloa, Mexico. After high school, he hitchhikes back and forth across the country, visiting old friends before returning to Mexico to find the girl. Traveling the back roads of Mexico with new friends, looking down from the top of an active volcano, and taking a dangerous acid trip at the edge of Cholula's Great Pyramid, he comes to see his life's trajectory reflected in the struggles of his ancestors and buried in the secrets of Mexico's past.

Editorial Reviews

"A debut recollection of teenage existential angst and travel in the Age of Aquarius."

— Kirkus Reviews

"A deeply poetic book, far-reaching in its complexity, 'Mexican Sunset' is a fascinating look at the connectedness of peoples, nature, and their origins. It is unreservedly recommended!"

- The BookViral Review

Romantic Suspense Feature: Veiled in Brick by Eliza Modiste #blogtour #bookreview #romanticsuspense #rabtbooktours @elizamodiste @RABTBookTours

The Veiled Series, Book Two

Romantic Suspense

Date Published: August 18, 2023

photo add-to-goodreads-button_zpsc7b3c634.png

Zoey Sheffield never understood the appeal of the unknown. She’s a woman who knows what she likes. A blunt woman. A woman who craves control. She doesn’t need love—the mere idea of romance is detestable and, no, she does not need a man to stand by her side. She would much rather have their company in bed—or in a car—or in an alleyway—the location isn’t relevant, really. What’s important is that she could happily and promptly bid them adieu after they served their purpose and then, she could move on to the next one. The world that she’s been thrust into, however, is one where that thought seems utterly impossible.

It's all because of the men. The stupid men.

There’s James Turner, the tall, muscular, tattooed one. Charming and charismatic with a sarcastic flair that knows no bounds, he’s worked for months to chip away at Zoey’s stone clad will to avoid romance with expertly placed sledgehammer strikes.

And, then, there’s Liam Cohen. Blonde and freckled, burly with golden retriever energy, a playboy mindset and a disguised damaged past, he and Zoey have long fallen into a friendship that both of them wish to remain a constant in their lives.

The men have made Zoey’s life more complicated than she wished it to be, and she struggles to hold onto the reins to her own reality. The universe that she’s a part of has different plans, however, for there is more for Zoey that lurks in the shadows. The threat crouches in the distance, hides around corners, and awaits the most imperfect opportunity to present itself. It’s ready to snatch the reins from Zoey’s hands altogether—and the uncomfortable unknown that she’s forever attempted to avoid is now a darkness that threatens to drown her completely.

Thinly Veiled

The Veiled Series, Book One

The past haunts her, the present beguiles her…and the future is ready to bring her full circle.

Freshly escaped from her unfulfilling and unnecessarily stressful criminal past of drug dealing and theft (and the manipulative ex-boyfriend associated with it), the beautiful, foul-mouthed romantic Claire Branson needs a fresh start. Routine. Monotony. An authentic happiness that could feel…simple. She needs her chaotic life to go right for once - please, and thank you.

Claire never expected her run of bad luck to turn so quickly. After moving to the Appalachian small town of Salem, Virginia, a spur-of-the-moment visit to a nearby tavern leads to new, unforeseen possibilities when she opens the front door and locks eyes with Luke Turner, the steel-grey eyed bartender at the run-down watering hole.

Luke could be the simplicity that Claire longs for – he’s undeniably sexy, sarcastically sweet, and, above all, radiating innocence. But with Claire’s dark past festering under the gauze of her quick getaway, will Luke be able to keep his innocence? And, more importantly, will they get out of everything alive?

Thinly Veiled is a steamy medium burn romance novel with a dark, adventurous edge that keeps fans of suspenseful romance novels turning pages, wondering if that ‘happily ever after’ ending will ever really come for Claire and Luke…while their passionate soirees will leave us all begging for more of their steamy love scenes.

“OMG, I just finished. This book was amazing. I cried, was on the edge of my seat; man, those sex scenes… damn. Eliza's writing is impressive; I could see it all in my head so easily, and I didn't see how it would end. I loved the ending, though. Yes, I totally cried!” – Amazon Review

“The writer expertly weaves together multiple plotlines, leaving readers on the edge of their seats until the very last page. "Thinly Veiled" is a must-read for anyone who loves a good suspense novel with a healthy dose of snark and irony.” – Amazon Review

Review

Something about Eliza Modiste words really does pull in the reader and have them captivated with the world and characters.

Speaking of the characters. I loved everything about them. From the good and the bad, I felt like there was a great balance and they were well crafted.

I found this one to be quite intense as the situations seemed plausible and that always makes scenes give me goosebumps.

Good storyline, interesting characters and a great ride. I loved the book.

About the Author

Eliza Modiste lives in Denver, Colorado with her husband, daughter, and an abundance of animals. Graduating in 2017 with a degree in accounting, she became immersed in the ever-riveting world of numbers and reconciliation. Shortly thereafter, as a hobby - or, perhaps, a method of escape - she began to write in her spare time.

Her first novel THINLY VEILED started as creating characters that mimicked the brash, humorous, never-ending monologue in her mind. Combining this and a heavy splash of romance similar to the books that she would often get lost in made for an entertaining way to pass the time. This hobby, however, eventually blossomed into a full-blown passion. THINLY VEILED has since morphed into a mix of both romantic comedy and suspense, and Eliza has plans for several more novels to follow THINLY VEILED

When not writing, Eliza can be found baking, binging a television series, or spending time with friends and family.
