Review

One thing I could tell right away is that Casey O'Brien Martin is definitely an authority on the subject she chose to write about. Her words, ideas, lessons, and everything in between really have a lot of power behind them. Their validity shine through.

Our young children are the most susceptible and the world today is not easy. This book gives anyone who finds themselves around young children today the tools to help them navigate and balance the world around them and their feelings.

I think a book list this is very important. If more of our youth learned from a young age to deal with certain feelings, it would help with their future and the future of our population in general.
