Eat Your Words, my first book, looks at the power of not only how we talk to ourselves but, even more profoundly, the messages we’ve internalized… the ones we might not even be aware of that we’re speaking to ourselves. Thought forms and belief systems are like prebiotics, they set the stage for how we’re digesting—and not only our food, but how we’re digesting the whole of our lives.

Review
These books are saturated in the market. And let's be honest not all of them really help. I think that this does a great job of expressing how important our relationship with ourselves and our bodies and how we live our life/treat ourselves. It's an honest piece of writing in which Isabel Chiara's passion and desire to help her reader really shines through. I took a lot from this book. I feel like I can apply so many things starting NOW. It also gives me a lot to build on and think about.
